Benefits of a Brain Profile Assessment and Biofeedback Strategy

Do your school mornings feel like a war zone? Homework sessions turn into tears and shouting matches, class projects are being left until 9pm the night before, and your bright, talented child believes they’re just ‘not smart’.

Are you exhausted, worrying about how they’ll cope with Matric, and tired of looking for effective answers beyond band-aid quick-fixes?

Know that your child isn’t lazy, nor are they broken. Their brain just has its own unique way of receiving, processing, and responding to information. When you force a child to learn against their natural wiring, nobody wins.

Your child’s brain is like a video game controller. A brain profile assessment shows us which buttons they press the most. Biofeedback is the practice screen that helps them improve their skills, beat stress, and win the game!

“The question is not how intelligent the learner is, but in what ways the learner is intelligent.” ~ Shaw and Hawes

Hi, I’m Michaela de Gier

I’m a Learning & Development Educator who makes brain science practical, accessible and life-changing. After decades in movement-based neurodevelopment and neuroscience-informed education, I help children and adults understand how the brain and body work together to shape learning, behaviour and confidence.

My approach is simple: when you work with the brain instead of against it, learning becomes calmer, lighter and more effective.
